3 swimming pools

Open from 8a.m. to 10p.m. for use by residents and their guests only.

Guests MUST be accompanied by a resident.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
No running, bicycles, skateboards, wheeled toys or frisbees.
No food, glasses or bottles.
Pool furniture to remain around the pool.
Swimming is at your own risk.

Pool areas can be reserved for a resident's event by informing the Manager using the 'Reserve Now' button below. Download and email the request form to the office.

There's plenty of space for children to play on the left as you come into the property bordering Buildings G and H.

Pets

Permission is required from the BOD for pets of any kind. We regret no dogs are permitted at King's Bay.

Guest Policy

If guests are coming to stay

please inform the Manager

7 days before they arrive.

Your email should include Unit

number, guest names, ages of

children, arrival date and

length of stay. The Manager

will provide information and any assistance, if required,

during their stay.

Laundry areas

Keep clothes and linen fresh by using our 3 well equipped laundry rooms marked with an L on the map. Each has token operated, top loading washing machines and dryers. Tokens can be purchased in bags of 10 for $15 from the Manager's office between xam and xpm Monday to Friday. Please remove your laundry promptly from the machines when finished.
